THE

CONDITION

RED

RESET

6 weeks to go from hypervigilant and wired to grounded, steady, and back in control of your life.

If you’ve been stuck in “always on” mode for years — because of service, work, relationships, or lifelong stress — your body and brain eventually tap out. Condition Red Reset is a short, powerful container to help you stand down from constant red, understand what’s really going on under the hood, and start living like a human again, not a walking alarm system.

When “high alert” becomes your default setting

Maybe you came from the military, public safety, healthcare, high-pressure leadership, chaotic relationships, or you had a rough childhood. Maybe you can’t even point to one moment — just a long stretch of “hold it together and keep going.”

Either way, you’ve learned to live in Condition Red:

  • You’re always waiting for something to go wrong, even when things are “fine.”

  • You scan every room, every conversation, every text for threat or rejection.

  • You struggle to relax, sleep deeply, or turn your brain off.

  • You’re either numb and checked out, or flooded and reactive — there’s no in-between.

  • You’ve lost pieces of yourself: joy, play, desire, trust, purpose.

You’ve tried “just thinking positive,” reading self-help, hitting the gym harder, or pretending it’s not that bad.

If any of that worked, you wouldn’t be here.

This is for you if…

Condition Red Reset is designed for people who:

  • Have spent years in high-alert mode and know it’s not sustainable.

  • Have a history of service, caregiving, leadership, or relational chaos, and can’t seem to “turn it off.”

  • Notice their relationships, parenting, and work are taking hits from their stress and reactivity.

  • Feel like they’ve outgrown old coping patterns, but don’t know what to replace them with.

  • Want a coach who understands trauma, attachment, and the body — and can speak plain English about it.  No bypassing allowed here.

  • You're ready to do the work for six focused weeks, not just collect more “inspiration.”

All genders, backgrounds, and belief systems are welcome. If your nervous system has been living on red for too long, you’re in the right place.

What is The Condition Red Reset?

Condition Red Reset is a 6-week trauma-informed, attachment-based coaching experience built around five core pillars of

The SWIIC Coaching Method

SAFETY

So your nervous system can finally stop scanning for threat 24/7.

WORTH

So you stop outsourcing your value to rank, roles, or relationships.

INITIATIVE

So you can move from stuck and frozen to decisive and self-led.

IDENTITY

So you stop defining yourself only by what you survived, what you did, or who you used to be.

COMPETENCE

So you actually trust yourself again — in your body, decisions, and skills.

What you get inside Condition Red Reset

  • 6 x 60-minute 1-on-1 coaching sessions with Dave (weekly, live on Zoom).

  • Session recordings so you can rewatch.

  • Between-session support via messaging/voice notes/email for questions and accountability.

  • Practical tools on nervous system regulation, attachment patterns, and daily practices you can start on day one.

  • Weekly homework assignments to help keep the ball rolling in your process of integrating your new life.

By the end of 6 weeks, you’ll have…

  • A clear map of how your nervous system, history, and relationships all connect.

  • At least 3–5 regulation tools that actually work for you when you’re spun up or shut down.

  • A healthier story of your worth that isn’t tied solely to your past roles or performance.

  • More capacity to stay present in hard conversations instead of blowing up or bailing out.

  • A renewed sense of agency and direction, even if life still feels complex.

  • A grounded beginning of a new identity: someone who’s not just surviving, but actively rebuilding.

  • This isn’t a magic wand. But it is a powerful reset — a structured, supported disruption of the patterns that have been running you for years.

Why work with me:

I’ve lived on both sides of Condition Red.

I’ve served in the military, worked in public safety, coached in CrossFit gyms, mentored youth, and hold a B.S. in Psychology with a concentration in Life Coaching, where I spent intentional years truly diving into the complexities, structure, and methods of coaching (and not just some weekend course with a "guru" and now call myself "coach").  Throughout my life experiences, I have walked alongside and guided people through the most challenging and traumatic days of their lives and helped them emerge on the other side.

I’ve also carried my own load of trauma, burnout, and identity collapse after leaving the uniform and the roles that once defined me.

Condition Red Coaching exists because I know how disorienting it is when your old life ends, but your body is still acting like it’s in the middle of the fight.

My work is:

Trauma-informed – I understand how the nervous system and body hold past experiences.

Attachment-based – We look at how early and adult relationships shaped your patterns, and what you can start doing about it.
Practical and direct – No jargon, no spiritual bypassing, no “just be grateful.”

Inclusive – All genders, all backgrounds, all belief systems are welcome.

My job isn’t to “fix” you. It’s to walk beside you while you remember how to feel safe, worthy, and at home in your own life again.

Questions you might have:

Q1: Is this therapy?
A: No. Condition Red Reset is coaching, not therapy. We’ll talk about your past, but the focus is on understanding patterns, building tools, and changing how you live right now. If at any point it seems like therapy would be more appropriate, I’ll say so directly and support you in finding it if you need it.

Q2: Do I have to be a veteran or first responder?
A: No. This work is for anyone who’s lived in high-alert mode for too long—whether that came from service, work, family, or relationships.

Q3: I’m already in therapy. Can I still do this?
A: Yes. Many people do both. Coaching can complement therapy by giving you structure, accountability, and practical tools to apply what you’re learning about yourself in therapy.

Q4: I’m not sure my trauma is “bad enough.”
A: If your nervous system is fried, your relationships are strained, and you feel like you’re always bracing for impact, your experience is valid. You don’t need a specific diagnosis or story to be welcome here.

Q5: Do you offer online sessions?

Yes. Most of my work is done online via video, which means we can work together no matter where you live. In-person work may be available for certain intensives or workshops, depending on location and timing.

Q6: What’s your cancellation policy?

Typically, I require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Late cancellations or no-shows are usually charged the full session fee, except for genuine emergencies. Respecting each other's time is important, and I also know that life happens.

Q7: Do you take insurance?

No. Coaching is private pay only and is not billed through insurance. Some clients are able to use HSA/FSA funds for coaching, but that depends on your specific plan—it’s on you to check.
